Isn't 12 weeks a long time for delivery?

It is, we understand 12 weeks is long time and you want to receive your furniture sooner, but once you place an order a craftsman prepares your furniture just for you, which then travels across oceans to reach you in a way that is lasting and good. This is the reason we ask for 12 weeks time, but we know the wait is long and we don't like to keep you waiting, so if your furniture is ready sooner, we let you know as soon as it is ready for delivery.

What if I'm not happy with my purchase?

Accepted Answer

We want you to be happy with your order and if for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return within 30 days of your purchase, for a refund or an exchange.

I want to make a bulk purchase for my organisation, would it be possible to do so with your company?

Of course, it is possible and if you contact us for your order we would be able to help you with your design goals and you can have your order designed specifically for your requirements.
